Prinny: Is it okay to show off the first level of gameplay?
7
We're pretty psyched for the upcoming Prinny game. It looks gorgeous, and maintains the Disgaea charm we all love. Thankfully, our friends at PSP GadgetZ have recorded footage of the game in action. Enjoy the energetic, upbeat music and classic 2D platforming action ... after the break. Then, remember the game is coming to America in February.

I still can't figure out what to do about those metal demon head things. What are you supposed to press to smash them?

Press down and X while in air. Um, also this bottom-stomp attack is useful for stunning enemies, as the video shows.
I laughed at the part when prinnys where falling from the sky and exploding, like on a war or something. Can't wait to get my hands on understandable version too.

Too bad the game is rather shallow and focused more on insane speedrun part of the game play. You don't get stronger as you play, levels are frustrating on purpose and some bosses might make your finger hurt and give nothing in return. There is no bonus content by the way. You can collect all the letters in between the levels but that only unlocks secret dialogs before the boss battles. It might have been a great game if it was for a wider audience but it's not. You can make some nice speedrun videos though.
