Banjo-Kazooie XBLA release pushed back a week

Microsoft have only delayed it since some preorderers got their codes a week late so it kind of ruined the 'Have the game early' incentive.

I got mine late. I almost didn't even get it. Why didn't you preorder stupid?

Some of us want to skip the bad game and just get the good one.

Have you played the "bad game"? No? Oh, ok then.. shut up. ^_^

B-K: N&B > B-K 1 & 2.. trust me, I've owned them all.. 1 on N64/360, 2 on N64, 3 on 360.. Trust me, B-K used to be one of my favorite games.. but the luster from it is gone. B-K: N&B has more humor, playtime, better gameplay and creativity than both of the original games combined.

Oh man, people need to actually play the game before saying it's not fun or it's a "bad game". It's on par with Banjo Kazooie IMHO, and is probably one of the most gorgeous games on the 360, with the most charm and such...

I thought it was terrible. You just drive to a challenge, spend an hour building or tweaking a vehicle (and pray that it's even possible to beat the challenge at this point in the game), then spend all of 30 seconds experiencing what might be described as actual gameplay before you win or lose and have to start the process all over again.

Nuts and Bolts is basically a mini-game compilation with a lot of repeat missions, where you have to tediously drive to every mini-game instead of simply choosing them from a list, and where you have to spend a lot of time in an editor instead of being able to just jump right in and enjoy the gameplay.

But it has the Banjo-Kazooie license slapped on halfheartedly so it's amazing.

Yikes, if it ever took you over 5 minutes in the editor or in one of the challenges, you're doing it wrong. Many of the challenges make you use premade vehicles specifically for them. They also gave you a variety of fully premade ones or chassis to outfit yourself for any situation.

Seeing as your biggest complaint is the structure of the game as opposed to it's actual gameplay, I don't see how you're justifying it as terrible.

...I haven't experienced any slowdown.

It's actually a common problem if you have your settings set to anything above 720p from what the internet says.
