Well, as far as I know Silver Lunar's a girl, so, "Some girl saying she got an email from Nintendo customer support".

Anyway, I believe it. It didn't make a bit of sense to NOT release Disaster in the territory it seems to have been designed for. I, like many others have imported the game and are already enjoying it. I can only hope others in NA can experience this incredibly entertaining game for themselves soon.

putting salt on the wound that this might just be a tease to everyone who wants this game.

ive said this all before, this delay is a ploy for sales so we're angry enough to buy it day one.

and its working.

It was announced worldwide back in 2006. Theres probably still in entry of it still in NOA's computer, hence the email response. I hope its coming but we probably shouldn't let this get our hopes up.

I thought that too, except that I've called Nintendo a couple of times to ask about Disaster and twice I've been told that it's not in their database and that they had no info whatsoever.

Arrr, what's with Chris always being forced to write like he lives in North America? He already has the game available to him in the UK!

Oh, and this is nothing against you, Chris. Just saying it really seems weird to me that you have to write about North America all the time, when NWF could probably use a Europe specialist like you.

It wouldn't surprise me if the game was released here. I mean it's already been released in English and is available in Europe. It's really not hard to bring it here.

What they should have done is released it around now. A game seemingly hardcore that's already developed and waiting during a Christmas season that some people are screaming that there are no hardcore games being released on the Wii. No brainer. Free Money.

Or a waste of money if it doesn't sell. There's more than just development costs to worry about. Such as manufacturing costs for the discs, boxes and manuals. Then there's advertising promotion, which if done wrong would also be a waste of money.

Things aren't as simple as you seem to believe they are.
