Capcom hinted at a "little" surprise for PS3 fans not too long ago. Some of you thought this was a clue to some kind of Street Fighter + LBP collaboration. Well, looks like those suspicions may be right. Sack-renditions of Zangief, Chun-Li, Guile and Ryu were discovered by the site PSNow.
While some may cast doubt on these images, our belief in their credibility is cemented by SCEE's request to remove these images. If this image isn't real, there's no reason for SCEE to stop this apparant leak.

i am sick and tried of people think that USA is the only place in the whole world where people can buy games!! and if the game does not sell 1000 billion copies day 1 that means the game is total crap!

It is released in Europe, has been for 3 or so weeks now.
I haven't purchase it yet mind you, between Dead Space, Fallout 3 and now Resistance 2 I've been *very* busy (and broke).

Actually, that's 850,000 as of VG Chartz' last assessment, which equates to about $51 million. That's far from a flop. :) Buy this game people!

Yup, that much closer to 1 million. Portal was amazing, can't wait until there's a sequel or something. Though user-created levels will do just fine on the PC.

Really? I thought the hip and cool thing to do these days was to frown on costumes you have to pay to download? Y'know, horse armor?

I really like SF2-SF4 but I'm not buying these costumes unless (maybe) they offer the whole set for $.99.
But even then, I'd probably not, just on principle. I don't understand why they keep making costumes based on other games when they don't want people to make levels based on other games.
When they took down everyones "copyright infringing" levels, I remember them saying something to the tune of: we'd rather see people come up with original ideas. Well maybe they should too; especially when their tribute costumes cost $1.99 each or more.
I don't even care about the sales of the games, I just want to know how many suckers are buying this crap excuse for DLC.

Gonzo, if someone wants to buy this and sees enough value in it for $5 or whatever, than who are you to judge that they're crap and useless. I understand your sentiment, I personally don't purchase stuff like this, but i'm sure a bunch of people do and feel they've gotten their moneys worth.

A top 10 user created levels list would be pretty sweet. Also, checked out your vid/level and it looks awesome, great job.

If SCEE wanted you to remove the images why didn't you?
Of course I know there probably wasn't any lawful leverage they had to make you do so but it seems pretty dirty not letting them promote their DLC the way they see fit.

What a mature and insightful comment, Damian. I see now that you are far too cool for those of us who actually like this game. Maybe if we work really hard, we might one day become as hip as you are! Until then, though, you're the one who's missing out on a very clever and fun platformer.

I just love creating levels and collecting peoples items.
LBP rocks, and I've had it for a while in the UK, even bought it pre-owned. So it's definitely out here!
Shame the sales aren't through the roof (yet) think it's down to all the other great games out right now, don't let it's appearance put you off, LBP is an awesome game, different from other games, more like a super advanced virtual construction kit. i can't get enough of building vehicles and creatures.

If you are in Europe and still thinking about buying it, you can get it really cheap at simplygames.com. It is just €33 or £28 new - including delivery... Also Motorstorm2 for the same price there... and Resistance 2 for little more...
they really sucked some serious money from me this month :)

I wouldn't necessarily say endless possibilities, I have the game and love it to death. But there is only so much you can do with a three plane side scrolling level creator..

It's pretty cheap on shopto.net too (http://www.shopto.net/page.php?page=dettagli&codart=PS3LI00&n=LittleBigPlanet&p=PS3) £27.39. Is that a bit of a random price or is it just me?
You might be able to find a bargain in the UK with Woolworths going out of business too (http://gadgetsgamesandstuff.blogspot.com/2008/11/woolworths-going-down-bargain-hunters.html)
Absolutely no excuse to you not to get on the band waggon, I even managed to get my folks and gf to play it lol.

Ryu looks kind of weird. They should have used Gouki instead.
