Here's something we never knew we wanted to know about: What kind of dreams game developers are having. MTV has answered the unasked with a new post, and the tales of cross-dressing as Mirror's Edge's' Faith and pet Balverines are so good we're tempted to start leading every interview off with a discussion about the subconcious.
MTV has also given us a great idea for a new, multi-platform IP from Joystiq Publishing: Imagine Recurring Dreamz. So look for All Your Teeth Are Falling Out this fall, Going To Places In Your Underwear next spring and Doing It With Your Third-Grade Choir Teacher While TV's Mr. Belvedere Looks On In Disgust in Q4 of 2009.

Ughh...I get the 'teeth falling out' dream sometimes but usually they are crumbling or breaking instead of just falling out.

Holy fuck, I didn't know teeth dream was common.
My teeth falling out dreams are usually some OR take part in some of the scariest dreams I've ever had. Creepy.

Actually teeth falling out dreams are exceptionally common. They usually represent a fear of loss of something that ordinarily seemed permanent, or even something as simple as expecting a large change. I started having this dream a lot after I put in a purchase offer for a house.

Ugh, I hate the crumbling teeth dreams. I get those a few times a year probably.

When I'm sick I have very repetitious dreams, its painful, I'm usually doing alphabetical filling of millions of manilla folders.
Occasionally I also dream about grinding in an MMO that doesn't exist. These are not as entertaining as they sound.

I don't remember having dreams in quite some time, a nightmare or two but not actual dreams, I just had too much things in my mind.

I remember after playing A Kingdom for Keflings for a couple hours one night having dreams of me building all sorts of crazy contraptions, but only being able to select from pre-determined building blocks. I was in charge of selecting the correct blocks in order for the city to succeed. It was quite a demanding dream.
