WiiScribe, a calligraphy racing game where you have to write words and symbols the fastest with the 'mote, and your mii gets personality traits/emotions from a poor analysis of your handwriting. ...of course only for the japanese market.

As for my idea: "Everybody Votes Channel: THE VIDEO GAME." It's an FPS/adventure game where you play as a jaded veteran pollster who begins to suspect foul play when the results they've counted on the question "Which do you like better: dogs or cats?" doesn't match up with the official count. As the game progresses, your character is slowly drawn into a web of lies and intrigue to unveil a conspiracy that just might shake the Wii Menu to its very core.
