In all do reality, has anyone on here bought this game? I was a fan of Sonic when I was say...7. I even waited for the old game to come down to $20 that was on 360 hoping it would be entertaining, or at least have easy achievements. But wow...an xbox 360 title that had no voice acting?!? WTF?!? I actually want them to make a fun Sonic game again. For me, and because I have a 4 year old that loves gaming now. And honestly, I want more kid friendly/oriented games on the 360. He plays Hulk for 3 hours at a time just blowing shit up. Don't get me wrong, Daddy has plenty of games I WILL NOT even let him see me play like GOW2, GTA IV, and so on. But I really wish that I could buy him more games too. I want my son to love gaming like I do, but he needs stepping stones in gaming. We all had Nintendo growing up, and I want more kid friendly games for him to start out on. And BY GOD I do not want to buy a damn Wii. I think the Wii is the biggest rip off in gaming history, no real games, but they can make 30 games a month for that thing just because you can stand in your living room swinging your arms like a retarded chimp. I mean the Wii in my mind, is a modern day air guitar.

I bought it, and the day levels are amazing. I went in with the expectations the werehog levels were a gimmick, and while they are midly entertaining, they are a gimmick. Its a fun game and maybe a 6 or 7 but it would have been easily an 8 or 9 without the stupid werehog levels.

Too bad TIME already made it's Top Ten List for the year. Totally would have made it.

/Maybe next year SEGA.... if you're around
//sarcasm. Sega hasn't made a good game since the 90s

The demo only contains one day level, no werehog levels.

Yeah, although the demo makes the game seem good, part of me is thinking they didn't have a werewolf level in the demo for a reason.

Gamespot gave it a 3.5 out of 10.

Ignore them. The game is fun, if not overly frustrating at times.

I'd suggest a rental for those who are truly skeptic...

Gamespot's 3.5 makes no sense. They gave Shadow the Hedgehog a 4.8 and the Sonic 06 game a 4.4. Sonic Unleash is 3 times better then those 2 games.

The demo is a lot of fun. And for £20 it's a bargain.

Unfortunately I can't play the full game as it's under my tree.
