It may not be as sexy as the pile of swag we gave away over Thanksgiving, but we're willing to bet most of you would be willing to accept a free year of Xbox Live Gold. And, since we're such sweeties, we're giving away two one year subscriptions to Xbox Live Gold. Entering the giveaway is about as complicated as it will be for the winners to actually redeem the subscriptions in question (read: not complicated at all). Just follow the directions below.

You may leave one comment per calendar day, eastern time. Posters of multiple comments during the same day will be disqualified. We'll accept entries until 12:00PM (noon) Friday, December 12th, eastern time. You must be at least 18 years old to enter. This giveaway is open only to residents of the U.S. and Canada (excluding Quebec).
On Friday, we'll pick two winners via a random drawing.

well i used to play halo a lot, but these past few years ive been too strapped for cash to purchase many games, let alone a live subscription.

I'd play COD4 (of course) and GOW2 once they release the upcoming patch. There will be more of course. I wanna checkout Left4Dead.

Its all about Midnight Club LA and gears 2 sometimes when I'm in the mood to deal with the BS bugs.

Guitar Hero World Tour, Rainbow Six Vegas 2, Call of Duty:World at War. Online play is so fun, don't know what i'd do without it!

I've only played 1 game of Forza 2 while I had my free month of Gold... It was filled with Ass Hats who kept ramming me off the track.

Great fun!

So I've never payed for Live, but wouldn't mind being able to stream some NEtflix... so If I had Free Gold I'd totally play Netflix... if that counts.

personally, i stick old school with cod4. none of this new WW2 crap every seems to be enjoying. i can live without zombie nazis thank you. occasionally halo3 and gears 2 (when i feel like wasting 20 minutes of my life sitting waiting for a game).

tetris online made me feel like a 2 year old with a rubix cube. i thought it was fun at first, but then when i got into a game i just wanted to throw something and cry.
