it would be nice if they made the game rooms and the bowling lanes bigger. Its hard enough to even get in a game and once everybody gets in you'll never get to play it.

"The Home icon should simply appear under the PSN section of the XMB after a system reboot."

wow us beta users had to download it but the Open beta appears Magically on the XMB. Am I really the only one who sees the stupidity of that statement?

I've got a white japanese PS3 so im a little worried this is not gonna work for me. From whats been reported before about it being the region you got it from the region you go into. It says europe and american beta, so I guess japan is not included and im out of luck. I hope somebody can clear that up*coughPS3fanboycough*

Ooooh...ceramic white console. I wish they'd release that in the U.S. Does it have a flat matte finish like the ceramic white dualshocks?

The downside is that you're probably right (in terms of running into Home problems and connecting to the U.S. version). On the upside, you get to mack on Japanese schoolgirls. =D

All joking aside, this region-specific divisioning is a nuisance. So much for meeting players from all around the world...Can somebody explain to me why this is a business necessity?

Everyone needs to calm down. It's still in beta, mind you, so it's not going to be perfect. I'm very excited to finally see this in motion but I'm not expecting a finished product, and neither should any of you.

They only mentioned Sony Europe. Does this mean that the American version will launch tomorrow as well or do we still have to wait?

HOME was cool for a little while, I'm in the beta now. But now all the assholes and dumbasses are out in full force and it's just annoying.
I might try it again later, but honestly, dancing for 2 hours is not cool.

Plus, tsk tsk ps3fanboy, I'd read this three times before you posted it.

Regarding all this Watchmen stuff: Is this just Europe, like the trailer in the beta, or can those of us in the US enjoy it too? And we need more info on this Watchmen competition you speak of that will get us into a Q&A. I am sure there are plenty of us Watchmen die hard fans that have quite a few questions for Mr. Snyder.

But purely discussing Home, I am in the beta and have managed to vist the Homes of all the different regions via my many accounts. So, having a special edition ceramic white Japanese region PS3 shouldn't matter as my PS3 is US, but my Japanese account allowed me into the Japanese home, my EU account allowed me into the EU Home, and so on.

There's... no FW update or download required? How the? That either means all the content is streamed (no way in hell), or that Sony snuck most of the data into the OS in a previous update, which'd be odd since someone would have probably noticed the FW updates got bigger.

when i downloaded home for the first time the download messured 73 mgb i think when i opend it it sayed that i needed to have 200mgb dedicated to home then i downloaded all the spaces for home like five coming at an average of 25 mgb each if you do the math that does not add up to 3gb so I think all the other stuff might also have pre loaded (however i am not taking into consideration the vids and music in home so this might be it though kind of hard that three vids and three songs will accupy that much space

9:00am and still no Home. Rubbish.

Was eagerly awaiting a 12:00am launch.

Meh, at work now so I'll have to wait till I get home to try again.
