They are spearheading that new TMNT incentive, however. A nice atonement for their sins

Kinda reminds me of the time they apologized for the shit they put on the Wii and promised "Nintendo-like quality" games after that.

Ubisoft can...grumble grumble grumble...

I'm rather happy that a third-party developer is saying "it isn't Nintendo's fault 3rd parties don't fare as well: it's the developers for making lower-quality games."

I still think that's a creepy looking rabbit(d)...

This reaffirms my opinion that ubisoft has no shame.

They should be succesfull releasing good games, not stuff like SWS and RR, they're just selling well because casual and new gamers buy whatever is well known or selling well, thus creating a snowball effect that results in big-sales for ubisoft.

They're just playing with people's minds (and wallets), they should win with effort and creativity (this hardly works these days).

I understand that there are too many mini-game collections out there but I bought RR:TV Party b/c I thought it would be fun. I had a good time with it too and I'm glad they made it. I hope it sells well for them.

ubisoft was smart with the Wii. They new shovelware would make money so they made those, but used the profits to produced some really good games.

It's what Nintendo does, minus making the good games. lol except once every 4 years.

Ubisoft is am example what is wrong with 3rd party developers on the WII.

They just shoveware for the WII which seems to sell (Why?) but they make quality games on the other 2 consoles.

Wait what?
I'm curious how many people bagging on Ubi have played Shaun White?

With the balance board it's really good. The first Ubisoft game I've ever said that about. I understand bagging on them, but it seems like this is the one moment where I can't...I'm enjoying their game too much ;).

Ubisoft says: The trick to succeeding on the Wii is to spend next to nothing on development. Also, make a lot of games. Each game after the first costs less because you don't need to buy more devkits. If at all possible, reuse resources and make sequels to save even more. Once all is said and done, it should be possible to make a Wii game for under $100, so that if it even sells 10 copies at a budget price you've made a profit. Keep in mind that quality doesn't matter, as long as costs are low.

FUCK, UBISOFT.

They've done nothing to appeal to the actual gaming audience, they're only pumping out cheap software because it's profitable, whilst good 3rd party devs like Capcom, Konami and Square Enix sadly have a harder time because their core audience know how to pirate things.

Just look.

Okay great, a few raving rabbids games, a shaun white snowboarding game, and SHITLOADS of games for girls, animal lovers and language coaching games.
