Wait, is SuperCar Challenge related to that Supercar Street Challenge?
If so, I'll give them another chance if they let me make cars again, that was the SHIIIIIIIT.

Largely overlooked is right!!! Come on Alan, you make it seem like Ferrari was a horrible game or something, and Eutechnyx deserves "another chance"..

Ferrari Challenge is an excellent game, and a must pick up for Sim fans.

Controls are spot on, and adjustable for each players preference.

In my book, it's a better value when compared to GT5P.

Did I mention that it had trophies as well??

I recommend Ferrari Challenge to anyone who enjoys sim racers...but beware, this is not an arcade game along the lines of Burnout or Midnight Club!!

Supercar Challenge will get pre-ordered as soon as I get to Gamestop.

Yep, imho Ferrari Challenge is the best driving simulator on ps3...better than GT5P...of course you will need a steering wheel for that amazing experience... One time out of curiosity I tried it on the gamepad and that sucked big time! I bet all those 'bad' reviews were made without a steering wheel... thats the only explanation I can think of... If u have a steering wheel this game is a must have.

It's actually not half bad with a pad as well - don't forget that _any_ sim driving game is tough with a pad after getting used to using a wheel. For medical reasons I had to go back to the pad after using a wheel for a while, and it took some adjustment (this was with GT4) - but Ferrari Challenge is still a great drive - albeit with some erratic difficulty, but not enough to make it unplayable by any measure - my favourite sim drive this generation (and shouldn't be compared to Burnout - they've both got cars, and they're both great games, but that's where the similarities end!)

I know this is off-topic, but what is PS3fanboy's email address? I can't find it.

I'm suprised no one has made an article about Solid Snake's death today :(

Come on guys :(

No, but today is the day of Snake's death. 6 months after June 12th.
No, I don't believe in that extra cutscene thing - Snake was supposed to die 6 months from old age (not foxdie) after June 12th, which is today. Every website mentioned it, except for PS3fanboy. I wonder how they could forget D:

FC is a great game 8/10 in my book and i dont use a steering wheel and pedals just the game pad. I bought it the week of launch although i bought it pre-owned. I think the guy who got it new wasn't expecting a sim more an arcade racer which it certainly isn't.

It is awsome however: I was expecting updates in the store for FC in the booklet it states downloads will be avilable and offers le man track.

I want FC updates.

Supercar challenge sounds good - as far as i am concerned it is built on solid foundations.

Oh and FC has some damage to vehicles

I bought this game and hated it, despite my high hopes and trying my hardest to like it and all... i was pretty disappointed and returned it that same day. The graphics looks PS2-era. And yes I'm a huge sim fan, I love the GT series and don't care for NFS. To each his own, i guess.

I have to give thumbs way up for ferrari challenge. It's hard but fun. I had ferrari 355 on the dreamcast & it was the hardest racer I ever played (& I play a lot) so I knew what I was expecting. This game fills my sim-racing need & burnout does the arcade-racing part. the game is much improved after the patch/update. I'm aware of the graphics complaint but I personally don't see any problem. The AI cars' racing style still needs a little work, but it's not a joke as before, honestly I think it was the worst I can remember. I'm hoping they come through with DLC, I think I heard there is something planned for the EU. I hope we get something stateside but with this news I think probably no time to work on DLC, and the game is a niche-title as far as sales. pity, since most current-gen racing games aren't appealing to some/us hardcore racers.

All you ppl here obviously never raced a car before. GT5P comes close to real life. I doubt this game can come any closer. Burnout isn't a racing game. It's just a game with "cars" and a little mickey mouse track. This is called a arcade racing game.

burnout is a racing game, and so is every other game where the aim of it is to beat opponents to a finish line and get there first. GT5P is a racing simulator.

Ferrari F355 was/is the hardest racing I've ever played too, The PS2 version didn't have analogue steering(or was it analogue acceleration?), anyway it took me months to complete and I mean actual real time months playing on average 2hrs a day.
As for this new Ferrari game I must admit i didn't buy it as I had GT5 Prologue to be getting on with, and yes its a different game to the ferrari one - but it'll just have to wait(maybe a demo should have been released first - that may have boosted sales a bit?)

just picked up a new copy of FC cheap on fleabay, hopefully its as challenging as people suggest.

with the way things are with the economy nows a pretty good time to find some of the games you passed on and probably pick them up for a decent price.

Like Mirrors Edge or FarCry2 for £20 on Play.com... madness not interested in either but for £20 you really have to be strong minded (or broke) hehe.
