agreed, but trading it in for Fallout 3 was one of my smartest purchase decisions

ryan w, they are talking about the game not the DLC.

It would have been a great game if they would have either released a patch to fix the game or fixed it in the first place!

Free from EA? Really? AMAZING!

I never picked this up, but the action and blowing stuff up looks fun. Anyone know if its worth it for blowing crap up if I can find it on sale somewhere maybe?

EA has had alot of free stuff lately, atleast in BAd Company. Its good if you want a game of sheer fun and nothing else, I got my $60 worth of blowing stuff up.

EA just publishes things, Pandemic does all the work. Pandemic has been one of my favorite game studios for years.

I would be interested in this, however I made the mistake of putting the original Mercenaries in the other day and playing it for a couple of hours.

That refreshed my feeble, and slipping mind just how good that game was, and how Mercs 2 did not deliver. When this game hits bargain bin, I will buy it. But until then, that free content will reside on my 360 gathering virtual dust.

You thought the first one was good? I thought it was very, very plain and for the most part, boring. Graphics were so-so and the controls sucked.

I miss the kind of depressing, war torn country feel of the first game. The second one is a lot less serious and a lot more ridiculous.

So, it's supposed to come out December 16, so that means we'll get it on what... the 30th? That's usually the standard way of doing things at Pandemic.

PS the game was good, just wish the things in the DLC were in the original package.
