But let me guess;
All the games registered on MyNintendo mean nothing?

Actually you will be able to transfer you My Nintendo account and all the games with it as long as you have logged on in the past 2 years.

Nintendo has previously stated that registered games will transfer over for coins.

I stopped registering games on MyNintendo a two years ago. Should I register all the games I got since then now, or should I wait for Club Nintendo and register them on Club Nintendo, cause I want to get the Game and Watch hopefully, and I have like probably 30 games on that account.

My friend told me that Club Nintendo uses Star Points, and you need a Star Points insert. He said that all those MyNintendo register codes mean nothing :/

That thread seems to confirm that old stuff registered will count, which is awesome. I've got a decent amount of stuff on there, maybe I can get the DS Lite case or something nifty.

"After reading the press release, I'm really glad that my My Nintendo account will transfer over - though what I'm really hoping is that everything I've ever registered with My Nintendo will be included in the transfer and I get my coins."

I'm pretty sure they are transferring more then your address from the My Nintendo account. "Your My Nintendo account will transfer to Club Nintendo."
Also, I'm almost 100% sure that they use Coins for this iteration of Club Nintendo (Europe uses Stars, Japan might also, I haven't been able to tell).

All your stuff SHOULD transfer over. Well, not all...just the Nintendo stuff. Just try to log into Club Nintendo with your My Nintendo and you gotta register (really short because of your old My Nintendo account) and then all your Nintendo games should show up. Take the surveys and get coins for it. That's what I did and it worked for me.

Haha, yeah, I was one of those who tried to migrate their MyNintendo accounts. Didn't work. :) Now I see why.

Huh, it worked now and I migrated my My Nintendo account, but I see no coins. Ugh. Hopefully they'll fix that later or something. I don't know if I still have the old inserts for all my stuff.

Wait, so DS games give me 30 points?

Lets see... out of my 11 games... are from Nintendo.. thawould leave me with just... 240 points...

D:

There is no word about GBA games though... I got Drill Dozer, Fire Emblem Sacred Stones and SMA2: Super Mario World. If still following the DS price, it would be about 330 points.

OH FUCKING SHIT I am not buying lots of games everyday, and I lost my codes for all those titles like for the GameCube, the GameBoy and N64

I feel ripped :I

Goodbad News:
You can't register a game you've already registered on MyNintendo.

This either means that you're going to get coins for them later, or you got screwed over huge if you registered any of your games on MyNintendo.

Let's hope we'll get coins later (Especially since I lost all but 1 of my inserts).

Also: I hate the inserts. Too easy to lose, and when I buy a Used game for $5 less than New, you don't get one. Urk

Hey guys! Listen up!

You can re-register games you've already registered, I'm pretty sure. I just registered all the Wii games I owned and I'm DEFINITELY sure I'd already registered them on the old Nintendo site!

You can also re-register your WII! When you do that, you get an extended warrantee! :O So that might be worth it!

Remember folks, WE WHINED AND COMPLAINED ABOUT NOT HAVING CLUB NINTENDO! So maybe some sacrifices have to be made in the shift to get the system working.

(And if you don't keep all your leaflets for games in a safe place then you really need to remember to do so from now on so this can't happen again. All it takes is a shoe box in a closet, clearly labeled.)

I had a ton of registered stuff on My Nintendo. I'd really hate for it all to go to waste. Please let them transfer.

When I transfered my account everything was gone. When I tryed to re-register them, I couldn't! I can't even extend the warranty of my DS Lite because of that. ARRRGGHHH. >)

Okay, here's a new theory: Since I keep getting logged out every time I go to a different section of Club Nintendo (Relogging sends me to that section), and no one's already registered games are listed (There would be no point for them to migrate MyNintendo accounts if you couldn't have your already registered games listed), they're currently in the process of making sure everyone's accounts go through smoothly and trying to fix their broken website.

Y/N?

Yeah, I kept getting booted, also. Then, I was actually presented with a list of my old My Nintendo registered titles, and for each one that I complete the survey for, I get another 30 coins. But then I was kicked again... You might want to give it a couple of days...

Hmm... I wonder if the A-spec club would--I dare say--taunt us with a complete Earthbound/Mother trilogy as a reward.

I got the Wii Remote holder, and I have a Gold Account. All of my previously registered DS and Wii games have transferred, though I don't think it will work for GCU or GBA. It's been buggy all day, though it's much better than it was last night. However, I keep getting booted out and I keep getting told that my password and username are incorrect.

DS Games = 30 Coins
Wii Games = 50 Coins
Wii Fit = 80 Coins
