And, for twenty bucks, Prism: Light the Way is a pretty decent deal. If you can get it for cheaper -- or, better yet, wait and see if any stores will discount it in time for the holidays -- I'd say go for it, as it's a pretty fun little puzzler to have around. My initial experience of it didn't warrant the warmest reception, but I've surprised myself by going back to it and trying to tackle the later puzzles in my free time. They're infinitely satisfying to solve, whether you take them on the road or sit down and try and scratch out a solution, so don't be surprised if you find yourself dreaming tonight of Glowbos, Bulboids, and whatever other nonsense you'll encounter throughout the game.
Ready for the stats?
Sleep time: Closing the lid won't pause the game, as per usual, so be sure to hit the start button if you're working through Time mode.
Load time: Twenty-seven seconds to jump into a puzzle, though you'll have to work through a small tutorial if it's your first time playing. Remember, kids, corporate logos are your friend!
Play time: Earlier puzzles shouldn't take you more than a couple of minutes, though some of the later ones can stretch on for a long time depending on the size of that thing between your ears.
