Pretty good stuff. The only bad thing I can think of right now is that all the Rock Band music will get pirated to hell, and we won't see any more DLC. I'm just glad that Harmonix is one to treat all the consoles right.

Nice. What about those 20 free songs? Are they still available in Europe, and for wii?

RB2 is only out for 360 in Europe.

There's still no release date for PS3/2 or Wii :(

Did RB2 get the 20 free songs in Europe on the 360?
If it did, then I'd assume that the Wii and PS3 versions would as well, whenever they get there.

why use GH drums in RB? The drums look stupid enough already, only using 4 of the 5 pads makes you look like an idiot, just buy the white RB1 drums or the new RB2 drums when released solo

You mean as opposed to looking like the coolest guy in world rocking on your plastic guitar and rocking out on your 4 padded fake drum set?

Rock Band instruments (guitar and drums) are not compatible with the Wii version of Guitar Hero.

What about a release date for RB2 for the PS3 in the UK?

Sick of the shit that HMX and EA are pulling on Europe and Oz.

Not to be nitpicky, but the Xbox 360 version was released in early September...meaning the Wii version is coming out THREE months later, not two.

They're hoping people won't notice so that it doesn't look as bad.

THANK GOD.
I bought World Tour, and have recently been wondering if maybe I should have waited for Rock Band 2... then I heard that the GH3 controllers were compatible and that made me begin to reconsider getting Rock Band, but getting more drums for more money would really be a hassle.
This is spectacular news, I'm jumping for joy and will be sure to pick this game up now.

I'd rather have a game released late and have everything taken care of in the way of bugs and compatibility, than a game released early and be broken. At least they apologized for it.

yes, -please- make it work over releasing it early. I dont have a 360 or ps3 so this is my only way to play rock band, and I want it done right :)
