Personally I recommend people use the original application or the app XBLFriends. This application is too slow.

Xav is on the money. This app is a lot of flash, not a lot of flare.

Correction.

The NXE look is snazzy.

But the navigation is far from it.

Meh at the iphone. And even meh-er at the avatars for being so gay. If it were on the G1 then I'd be impressed though.

Sweet app and is very responsive it works well and can be considered a mini nxe. I like it and recommend it to anyone who has an interest and doesn't know whether or not they should try it. My iphone is unlocked FW 2.2 and its awesome no complaints here

iPhone only? or would it work on the iPod Touch?

i guess i'll try it out later :)

Of course it would, iPhone only also includes iTouch users, but if it said "iPhone users call this number now for NXE!" then it would only be for iPhone users...

It works on the iPod Touch as well. You will need firmware 2.2.

The iPhone wasn't the first only touchscreen phone. People still look at the hardware when in reality it's all about the software. Usually if it's an app for the iPhone it would work on the Touch. If you see an app in the app store that don't have a price beside it then it's only meant for the iPhone.

It is kind of lame since you must manually add your friends since it is not hooked into Microsofts API.

We are hooked into Microsoft's API as members of the XBOX Community Developer's Program, but there is no mechanism to retrieve friends through the API. 1337pwn.com does offer an import tool at http://1337pwn.com/import to save you the hassle of uploading your friends.
