What i can tell is that it's either 2 players, or you use both analogue sticks (like katamari) and you eat stuff instead of picking it up (like katamari) in an open world (like katamari) and your shit stuff out of the other end you ate it from (not like katamari)

The game world looks to be a lot sparser than Katamari. And there's not even an attempt to hide the world's boundaries. Disappointing.

First off: this could still be a pre-release build (they can be used in trailers!). So any number of things may change (such as the stage boundaries). Also, this could very well be a beta stage in the sense that set-pieces and the like are only placed where they are for demonstrative reasons. Of course, all that could be wrong. Ah well.
Either way, I'm looking forward to this. It seems nice and quirky (in a good way, mind you). I like the features such as GIRL expanding as the overall player mass progresses through the levels.. Or whatever you'd call them.
