PSN Thursday: Commandos crash over the rain-slick precipice

The Crash Commandos land this week on the PSN, along with Penny Arcade Adventures Ep. 2. If you're looking to whip up something a little more old-school, check out Castlevania Chronicles. There are also several pieces of new DLC for your favorite music games to keep you rockin' through the holidays. And don't overlook the "Complete My Game, Please" add-on pack for Super Stardust Portable. The complete North American PSN update can be found after the break.
PS3 Fanboy has the European PSN update, which adds Soldner-X Himmelssturmer. Maybe that title is easier to pronounce in Europanese?

Quiet, you both suck.

$5 for an SSP addon? -_-
Sora @ Dec 18th 2008 10:23PM
It's probably those game modes that were PROMISED with the full game.
The_Punisher @ Dec 18th 2008 10:29PM
Hey, they're there.
.....as soon as you pay $5 for the expansion, plus another $1 per mode inside the actual game
Gurbinder @ Dec 18th 2008 10:32PM
They shouldnt do addons for PSP games. I mean its psp. I can't understand why devs dont release everything out at onceto provide consumers with convience rather than making them know a addon is out for your game. If that was me I would get pretty mad.
Only explanation is if they develop a new mode months later. Releasing it in less than one month however is out of the question. Or atleast make the addons free.

i'm real close to getting cras commando, but with the demo coming later i might sleep on it
Levi @ Dec 20th 2008 12:59AM
sooo much fun
played it for hours today

Crash Commando is waaayyyy too addictive. How can I stop!?
marconi88 @ Dec 18th 2008 11:57PM
That game is really addicting. I had to stop myself after 3 hrs of playing MP. If i didn't want to go to work in the morning I probably would have spent most of the night playing Crash Commando.
spyker @ Dec 19th 2008 12:03AM
We are getting tons and tons of snow here in WI tonight, including thundersnow! Everything will probably be closed, and I'll play more Crash Commandos!
Levi @ Dec 20th 2008 1:01AM
Dude it's such a fun ass game. I was looking forward to it so much when I first heard about it. It totally delivered.
I also played it for at least 3 hours today.
Mike @ Dec 18th 2008 11:11PM
I think Sega would probably sell more copies of Sonic: Unleashed if they DIDN'T put out a demo - trying that game is only going to deter potential purchasers.
spyker @ Dec 19th 2008 12:04AM
I downloaded the demo on my 360 last week. It isn't that bad (cause they didn't include a werehog level :P).
Mike @ Dec 19th 2008 12:08AM
lol, the werehog levels are really where that game falls apart. They're TERRIBLE. The "regular" Sonic levels are actually OK..... but not OK enough to offset the sheer terribleness of the werehog levels.
Levi @ Dec 20th 2008 1:02AM
The last truly good Sonic game was Sonic & Knuckles IMHO. I believe it's another franchise that fell apart when it hit 3D.
mezzanine @ Dec 19th 2008 12:31AM
Where's frikkin lumines?
Hashbrown Hunter @ Dec 19th 2008 6:37AM
Hey, the PSP Store actually got a fairly decent update! That's a nice surprise.
Kevin @ Dec 19th 2008 11:07AM
I'm confused as to when these updates actually come out. It says "Thursday" but I was on the store at 8pm EST and it still wasn't there.
Nick @ Dec 19th 2008 12:38PM
Are the Hot Shots Golf costumes unlockable without buying them from the store?
All of the downloads for HSG are only 100kb which means the data is already in the game and you're only paying for an unlock.
