I play Disgaea on my psp all the time and other than patapon, wipeout and carnage heart portable its about all I play.

Awesome news if true. I own the first on the PSP and the third on the PS3. I never got a chance to play the second so if this come out on the PSP I will have to pick it up in the USA when it comes out over here.

I hope they add some extra stuff in it! I just bought it for $4 and it has to be in my top 15 games of all times. They need more great RPGs for the PSP...all they release nowadays in America is boring shooters....

I loved Disgaea 1 on the PS2 and playing it on my PSP several years later was a blast. This game will still be great in 20 years.

I will be all OVER this in about two seconds the minute it hits the shelves. I love SRPGs something fierce, but I've always felt they're more enjoyable on handhelds. Plus, any good game for PSP is good news by this point. Now we just need a Disgaea 3 port (you know it can be done!).

WOO! I LOVE Disgaea 2! The gameplay in this one is really a whole lot of fun. I have much love for the tower attacks, and how easy they make leveling your newly made characters.
That and I think Rozy and Adell are just adorable :) .
Like Kia says, I find srpg's a lot more enjoyable to play on handhelds, so I really hope this rumor is true :D .
