NC's support has always been awful. I once got banned from Guild Wars because someone had been flaming me and called me then N word, so in private chat I told a friend about it (using the word).

I was then given a 72 hour ban for using racial slurs, which was investigated and appealed twice but they simply wouldn't listen to me about the situation, and the context of it.

Before that I had to juggle three different accounts just to report a bug in the game.

You have to email support for one. There is this whole little process to get one, that they talk about on the Massively website, in the same article about it closing down.

What's sad is Best Buy is *still* selling this game *and* selling game time-cards.

I believe the time cards are universal, in that they can be used for any of NCSoft's games.

Still upsetting that TR failed. It was an interesting concept but just not different enough, I guess. I hope that the server software gets leaked at some point-- that would be a nice goodwill gesture.

I'm stuck with an unopened box of Tabula Rasa because it was $1 on amazon and I needed $.87 for free shipping on my order. ='(

I still won't give it time even now its free. Game was terrible. Just surprised it lasted this long, I thought it would have gone on for longer!

I was in the beta and it was OK. I don't play MMO's at all but I can tell apart the good and bad ones. This was decent at best but the game felt dead from the beta itself ... there was almost no life it it; thats how boring it got sometimes.
