Xbox.com: Horde for the Holidays, a Gears 2 contest so big it ends a year!

If you're anything like us you've already ninjaed (it's a verb) to your holiday gift pile and tried to find out what Saint Nick brought you. If you didn't spot an Xbox 360 console-sized present in that stack and are looking for a new console to call home, Epic and Microsoft are giving away an amazing comic book themed Xbox 360 to one lucky gamer ... but that isn't all.

Xbox.com's Horde for the Holidays contest is also giving away thousands of Xbox Live Marketplace points, one Gears of War 2-themed Zune, Limited Edition red Xbox 360 controller and charge kit and more. All of these prizes, in three huge prize packs. Now that is a holiday giveaway, kids.

To enter, players must register online at Xbox.com or download the Horde for the Holidays gamerpic -- sorry internationals, this contest is US residents only. Once entered, in order to qualify all gamers need to do is play Gears of War 2 online between December 30 at 12:01am EST and January 1 and 12:01am EST. For all the deets check out Xbox.com.
