Almost happened with Prince of Persia too, but I did the old switcheroo. So it evens out in the end I guess. Still, annoying.

On steam Bioshock is 5 bucks. Still this a good offer for the PS3 only gamer.

I actually got the PS3 version for $18 from Amazon when you factor in the gift card I used. However, at the time they were selling it for $40 or $45, I believe.
At $30, this is a no-brainer for any PS3 owner.
Just finished it the other night. I now see what all the fuss was about. The storyline was incredible. This is the kind of game Roger Ebert should look at before he makes his next "video games aren't art" declarations.

Just buy a second copy on Amazon and returned that unopened copy to cover your first order. Problem solved!

got this game yesterday and dam its good.ive been playing for 10 hours so far and i dont even think im half ways through yet cas im only going to the 3rd bathysphere station now and theres 4 others after this one and the maps keep getting bigger and bigger.this game is worth getting especially for 30 dollars even tough mine cost me 65 euroes yesterday.rediculous

is it just me that really doesnt truely understand the hype in this game? Yeh sure it looks and sounds fantastic, i was really excited for it, but when i got it i was really dissapointed. It feels like a chore to play, and i dont actually get any enjoyment from it :(. Having the shoot buttons permenantly bound to L2-R2 doesnt help much either (i keep switching weapons instead of firing >.

Overall i love the design and feel of the game, its fantastic, but i cant help but feel let down by everything else! I really want to like the game but i cant, and i seem to be the only person in the world that feels this way about it :(

I tried the demo and had the exact same problem, that you had with the L2 and R2. I kept dying because i kept changing weapons :( . So to me it was a chore to play but maybe if they lower the price even lower i might just give it a try.
