Popcap offers a firm 'maybe' to DSiWare

In a Gamasutra feature interview, Brandon Sheffield asked PopCap cofounder Jason Kapalka about the possibility of his company taking their super-popular casual games to download services they have yet to serve -- which means WiiWare and DSiWare. While Kapalka indicates a strong desire to continue with DS development after Peggle: Dual Shot, he's not completely sold on the DSi's download store yet:

"So the DSi -- yeah, maybe, it's hard to say," Kapalka said, reiterating that "\We're definitely doing DS stuff." Still, prospects look a lot better for DSiWare than WiiWare: "It needs to be seen... like the Wii is cool, but WiiWare, I don't know yet; I'm not clear that WiiWare has actually turned out to be as big of a success as they were hoping at this point."

The liar! Nintendo forbid them to release their games on WiiWare (he wishs too of course) because of their many lawsuits with japanese developers because they are living on stealing ideas from japanese games like Actionloop and puzzle bubble among so many others.

Actionloop developer in an interview said they talked with Nintendo about their lawsuit and the hardships they face because of biased western courts.

Who said that Nintendo forbid them? Sure, Mitchell Corporation hates them for stealing Puzzloop, but I don't know if Nintendo themselves said that PopCap isn't allowed to release any games.
After all, if PopCap wasn't allowed to release any games, then how come we're getting Peggle: Dual Shot? Yeah, I know it's a DS game, but what difference would platform make?
