Have you tried Siren: Blood Curse? The survival horror game is a PlayStation Network title here in the States, but over in Asia, it can be found on Blu-ray. You can download the series for $40 here, or you can buy an import copy of the Blu-ray for only $25 (plus shipping). Now, you may be saying "I don't speak Japanese!" No worries. The Asian version of the game includes English voice acting and subtitles. Intrigued?

I bet the shipping will be another $25 at least for Europe...

Oh wait, sorry, I forgot they're afraid to export anything branded/published by Sony to the EU.

I bought Siren a while back and I really enjoyed it. The only things I didn't like was that you have to download AND install each chapter individualy. Other than that the game is badass. The gameplay is solid and gets really tense/scary and the story is a mindfuck.
Highly reccomend the blu-ray version

Damn, I'm being tight with my money because of the damn holidays. Is this just a special deal or is it permanent?

Its on sale right now but it doesn't say for how long. I know how you feel about being strapped on money. After Christmas there is so many darn sales with good deals. I wish though that SIREN came out in NA on Blu-ray but this is still a good deal.

this game is a grate game for those of you who havet played it . there is a demo on the network if your still on the fence . the only bad thing i found with this game is the contorles
they are pretty wonky at times can be a bit frustrating but once you get use to them the game is very enjoyabile and for $25 plus a bit of shipping the game is worth the price

That's one thing I gotta have right in a game: the contorles.

Thanks.

Bought this game from playasia on launch week. Graphics and gameplay were great. playing with 2 screens at once can be a bit tricky and you do need to get used to the controls at first. Sight jacking made me feel I was actually in the game. I did get stuck on a few levels and grew frustrated but managed. I must admit , I did not want to play this game at times because it was too tense filled and downright scary. Definetly better than Condemned 2 and I liked C2 alot.

You will have to pay customs if you buy from play-asia. I was charged 12$ of customs when I ordered the MGS collection last year.

Does anybody offhand know how much hd space this thing occupies?
I picked it up already but I would've preferred a blu-ray copy instead (like this one).

Nevermind, I'm grabbing it. The shipping is indeed $3.40 for the cheapest U.S. option.

Well considering this game is the same price in the UK, I see this as not much of a deal.
Gameplay, Shopto.net, Amazon, HMV and Play ALL having this for £18 with free P&P...
