Represent PlayStation in the Street Fighter IV challenge

The console wars have gotten real. The PlayStation.Blog is looking for a capable Street Fighter to take on Team ~~Evil~~ Xbox in a fight for console supremacy. CES, which begins this week, will play host to this intriguing event which pits Professor PlayStation's team of PS3 wizards versus Major Nelson's Xbox soldiers. Think you're ready to represent?

If you're in the Las Vegas area this Saturday, you'll have a chance to represent PS3 gamers everywhere. Only 20 players can represent PlayStation in this truly extraordinary showdown. Shoot an email to iwannaplaystreetfighteriv@gmail.com with your name, PSN ID, and why you think you should have a chance to compete. You must be 18 years or older. Good luck. Make us proud.

Now this is how fanboys are supposed to fight! I wish there were more contests like this to promote better relationships between different console players. (Or just make it worse depending on how the winners or losers take it)

Yeah seriously!? If they're gonna be using the crap 360 D-pad then that's no fun for anyone. Use the PS3 pad the 360 owners say aw man can't use PS3 pad.
So it'll probably be arcade stick.

It'll probably be an arcade unit that they will be playing on cause so no problem with the controller. And if they were gonna use the 360 controller then theyd also use the 360 console....i shudder to think that the tourney will be stopped due to RROD.......

It's not like the Sony segmented D-pad is good, it's just not comPLETE shit like MS's. I modded a Saturn pad for PSX to play 2-D MK games and SFII -- that's the way.

Saturn´s pad was the best for 2D fighting games !! I wanna one of that for my PS3 !!
