Looks interesting.
The file size shouldn't be that big of a problem. They should just get their programmers to really optimize the code and compress sound and graphics well.

If it's 7.99 on the iPhone, it shouldn't cost much more on the Wii. 1000 points max.

Easier said than done. 128MB is already smaller than a DS game cartridge. I'm already surprised that they can make so much in such limited space.

And yes, I'm beating the dead horse of the Wii's storage solution.

I wasn't familiar with that game, I might check it out - looks like there's some safecracking there, could be interesting. I wish Joystiq would have a weekly wrap-up of iPhone/Touch games. There's so much coming out, it's hard to keep up with what's good or interesting.

Me too actually. I tend to find decent iPhone games randomly through all the stuff I read (like this post), so I always feel like I'm missing something. A weekly wrap-up post would be pretty good as we don't really need a lot of posts about iPhone games...

If you are looking for iphone game news check out TouchArcade.com. They have a tracker for newly released games and recently discounted games too.

I third the weekly Joystiq iPhone gaming article. I'm here everyday, trust the staff, and really don't want to bother checking more and more sites on a daily basis. It'd be nice to have a small weekly feature here with links to more info if I'm interested. Make it happen, Joystiq!

So, not only does my iPhone have like 5 hojillion times more memory and functionality than my Wii...but now they're going to start porting over its games too?! Wow, one of my shiny little white devices is super awesome...and the other is the Wii.

42 Mb limit?
Good thing we don't live in a world of $20 8GB memory chips or anything crazy like that.

OH WAIT, we do: http://www.buy.com/prod/sandisk-8gb-sdhc-secure-digital-high-capacity-card-sandisk-8gb-secure/q/loc/101/205147216.html

Seriously Nintendo, you batted a home run when you launched the Wii, now get your shit together and keep up with the times.

and I trump my previous statement with a $30 16GB SDHC card: http://tinyurl.com/6qmklc

I remember when Nintendo expected you to purchase a $35 memory card with 256 KB of memory on it just to save on the n64, and that was limited to 16 save files. Bumping up that ridiculously low limitation shouldn't break anyones wallet when memory is so cheap these days.
