I'm assuming the giant video cable is going to be research'd out, but godDAMN if that is not one of the most useless-looking pieces of military hardware I've seen yet.

And that is, indeed, saying something.

Useless?

V.A.T.S. is hardly useless. Think of the tactical advantage that it would provide Israel's armed forces once our defense contractors ship them the first units. They'll be able to kill Palestinian civilians with increased efficiency while continuing to not stop the "rocket attacks" that justify the continuing state of never ending war that allows their fascist ruling elites the unfettered ability to indulge their every corrupt instinct.

Oh, and terrorists! Terrorists. If you're not against terrorists, you're for the Holocaust!

Just be sure those units they send to Israel are set up blow ten minutes after they switch them on. I may not be a fan of Hamas but they sure beat Israelis.

@ BadassSailor: Class, so you think just because the Israelis have gone through Hell, it's ok for them to dish it out? Do you actually know what they've done to the Palestinians?

Historically: the whole area was Palestine (reference: Bible, Qur'an), and after WWII, we (Brits), French and the US somehow thought it'll be fair to give them their own land, land that already belongs to Palestinians.

Then, during the Arab war, the Israelis occupy MORE Palestinian land, causing the (lack of) Palestinian econmy to suffer. [Note: the Arabs were to blame as well, but I'm fuzzy on the ful details there]

At present: Gaza is under a blockade, with one of TWO crossings to Gaza being controlled by Israel, and they limit what goes into the area, inc. food supplies by UNWRA, the humanitarian arm of the UN. The humanitarian situation prior to this current assault was pretty bad already, akin to some central African countries.

Today, the UN has criticised the IDF for telling civilians that a building is for refuge, then shelling the hell out of it; that building was mainly full of kids. ICRC have also slammed the IDF for not during it's International duty to look after innocent civilians, after finding 4 kids clinging onto their dead mothers.

Most of the info can be freely obtained of the BBC news website.

Lastly, if your family was being killed slowly through starvation, your land was being occupied and your family thrown out, all your protests fall on deaf ears, what would you do? Lie down and take it, or fight back?

/end rant, and apologies for long post

Wow there are so many things wrong with all your posts, seriously you guys do you even know what are you talking about?

I do not agree with methods that will end causing damage to innocents but
for starters you know is fault of Hamas. Those f*cking cowards hide in civilian populations (Like any terrorist) so if there are any causalities they can blame it on Israel and use the hate of the population to recruit more people.

That’s what terrorist do; they affect Countries don’t matter if there are their own. The only way to stop them is to gain the hearts and minds of the population so they can denounce the bastards and they can be brought to Justice.

Israel tried every tactic known to man to try to live in peace; they don’t know what else they have to do. The Terrorist put them in a tight spot.

If an armed terrorist group that treats your Country covers behind innocents to attack you what are you going to do? Either way people will die.

Another problem is that you think you can negotiate with them. They have negotiated with them and it didn’t work. They really hate Israel and they want to impose their religion over anyone in the world and I can tell since I have seen it.

The only way things will change is with education and gaining that people so they know the extremists are only causing damage but with the war and the armed response well good luck.

Haha, why the hell did my comment get down-voted?

I was merely saying that a giant, clunky TV on your arm isn't really that practical, in terms of military hardware. It's cumbersome, and will especially hamper any night-time ambushes.

I'm also really amused that the (non-political in every way) comment spawned a thread of
