Gameloft shouts 'Uno,' coming to WiiWare, DSi Ware, PSN, microwaves, toasters ...
UNO isn't just a mega-successful game for XBLA anymore, as Gameloft plans to publish the digital incarnation of the card game for any mobile, console and handheld device it can. The publisher announced that beyond the iPhone and iPod versions available now, it expects to bring the game to mobile, PS3, PSP, WiiWare and DSi Ware.
Furthermore, Gameloft's president states this is a "first step" toward a "successful relationship" between the publisher and Mattel. We'll take that to mean we can expect more Mattel-owned games to be published by Gameloft in the future. You know, unless Gameloft goes for third base on the second date. We hear Mattel's a prude like that.

You know, it would be nice if all these versions of UNO would connect to each other. That way you could play with your friends whether you are making pop tarts or driving to work...
LOL

So no PC port then? Bastards.
Blazur @ Jan 9th 2009 1:31AM
This is just laughable. Can we please have solitaire too while we're at it? Or what about playing Pong on the Wii?
antipilor @ Jan 9th 2009 1:56AM
The best part about uno on live is the trash talking.
Esat Dedezade @ Jan 9th 2009 8:25AM
"I'm gonna slap this here mo' f'in card right here on this table just like a slapped you momma around on the very same table last night... 'fo sho?"

BigD145 @ Jan 9th 2009 2:04AM
I have an Uno deck and a neighbor. Why should I buy any of these other versions?
*=Lord Negatron of the XBots=* @ Jan 9th 2009 2:13AM
Ha haw, silly question...
Because...
If you are not sleeping with a model/porn star, who actually has the time to shuffle "real" cards and spend time with the neighbors?
You're funny mister.
*=Lord Negatron of the XBots=* @ Jan 9th 2009 2:07AM
Tired of getting pwned or pwning what ever game your playing? Need a break from the monotony of life? Well settle down to the soothing tunes and cutthroat ways of UNO.
Whats that draw two? Here my friend....
Draw FOUR!
Why this wasn't multiplatform from the beginning? Do not know, do not care... I am tipsy...
WeAreFuture @ Jan 9th 2009 3:11AM

I think they are missing a bet if they don't try to recreate the XBLA game's wonderful feature of playing with fat naked people.
