It's already called "Ultimate Team Play".... :) A unique scoring system with multiple positions.... I think I've seen this movie...

This is actually a really, really good idea. I'm genuinely surprised that more companies don't do things like this (or....I don't know...do real exercises at the real front desk?) and instead force employees through embarrassingly bad short films.
Of course, I imagine someone working for Hilton being told that the company has to cut wages because they had to buy all those PSPs....
