Report: William Shatner smashing into PAIN

Whether commanding starships or green aliens into bed, there's no mistaking William Shatner, even if he is a greasy smear on the side of a building. The man who invented the Corbomite Maneuver will soon put his body in players' hands in PAIN, reports videogaming247.

While still unconfirmed, Shatner's ragdoll alter ego would join The Hoff as the latest celebrity to be broken by the -- true fact! -- most popular PSN title ever. James T. Kirk is scheduled to smash into Sony Europe's PSN on March 19th, though a Sony representative tells us the release schedule "is for internal purposes only" and "subject to change." Khaaaan you believe it?

Hey now, don't step on Ludwig's turf. That's a dangerous move, man.

Is this game still $10? I'd consider buy it if it was $5.

it was on sale a while back for just $5.......thats when I got it......think its gone back up now tho.......hell if you buy all the add-ons its gonna cost over $50 eventually.......

I haven't bought anything for PAIN yet, but if they have him yell "KAHN!" as he is flying through the air I will buy it.

Is this any actual fun? I've thought about it multiple times (because of some of the updates), but it just hasn't seemed that worth it.

Sweet. Maybe they will put in a fix for the game too so that those of us who paid for the amusement park add on can have a product that WORKS!!! Otherwise, awesome game!

The Amusement Park fix went out Monday. Redownload the file now and it will work. PS3fanboy had the story, so its no secret.

Man, I was going to take a stand after Movie Studio completely sucked and quit spending money on Pain... but Shatner may be hard to resist.

Is that first sentence implying that Mr. Shatner commands starships into bed???

Forget god of war 3, this is the reason 2009 is the year to get a ps3.

I'm excited about this one! PAIN is great fun...

Here's hoping one of his "launch phrases" is "I'm a rock-it-man... rocketman...".
