EA announced today that the Skate 2 demo will roll onto PSN January 15. It features a taste of the single-player campaign, along with two of the title's online "Party Play" modes: Thrasher's Hall of Meat and Spot Battle.
For those with an Xbox 360, the demo will be available Thursday, Jan. 8 (that's tomorrow). The actual game will crash into North American retail January 21 (globally Jan. 23).

That hella sucks for PSN people. I'm very glad I get to play it tomorrow. Probably wake up extra early to get in some play before work.

Hi, I am a Skate addict. My 360 just red ring'd me last month and I bought a lovely new ps3. I have been waiting and waiting for the demo to drop only to have that crap-house-money-eater by the name of Microsoft to pull the old "contract payers get first dibs" BS which has somehow ROLLED THE PS3 DEMO TO A WEEK LATER. I am horribly pissed off over this. PSN grow some balls. Wait maybe I mean EA. oh well....

You could always play one of the awesome games from the PS3's massive library in the meantime. There's MGS4 and Uncharted and LBP and...um...that other one...

Im so stoked for this game...
I stayed up all night for the original skate demo, and the morning it came out, we were going on a college road trip for like a week. Naturally I was freaking out because I had to play it, so 6:30 A.M I stole my friends 13 inch TV from his garage and I rigged some stuff so my 360 and the TV fit in my car during the 7 hour drive... so yeah I'm pretty excited for this one

Too short. Stupid time limit. Won't stop me from playing it over and over though :)
Graphically, overall it looks better than the first one, but there's a few things that make it seem like it was rushed.
Plants are awesome though.
