CES 2009: Hands-on with the dreamGEAR WarBeast
As much as we like the form factor, we're not in love with the $130 asking price. But considering how many musicians make unwise decisions with their money, the cost might make the WarBeast even more rock 'n' roll, against all odds. See our impressions of it in the video above.

Attention fake guitarists... Meijers is selling Les Paul Wireless Guitars for $9.99. Don't pay $130.

130$ Wow that’s quite a lot for a pretty plastic ukulele but it sure looks nice.
Personally I wouldn't buy it because I'm not into GH games anymore(RB never showed up) but if I did I probably use it when I'm alone not for embarrassment but for the fact the neck is so long I could hit someone when I turn around.

Rock Revoulution just got 5 Awesome Pantera songs (albiet covers) why is the lamest game the only one to get good content in the last couple weeks?
Scooter @ Jan 12th 2009 6:14PM
You don't like Orbison, Foo Fighters or Deep Purple? If anything Orbison means that the Van Halen cover of Pretty Woman is fair game.
Shagittarius @ Jan 12th 2009 7:27PM
Ok, your right there were some good songs for RB I was exagerating. I was just mad that a pantera 5-pack dropped on rock revolution.
AoE @ Jan 12th 2009 8:19PM
I had no idea that awesome could be used as to describe the lazy covers in rock revolution?!
You learn something new every day...

If Rock Revolution has the resources to get Pantera, I wouldn't be surprised if a full Pantera album floated to RB.
And where the hell is Siamese Dream!? or Melon Collie & Infinite Sadness.

Am I missing something, or is that "monster of a PS3 controller" actually a guitar for the Wii? At 15-16 seconds, when he flips it over, is that not a slot for inserting a Wii remote?

It's the space for the 4 AA batteries...try watching with the sound on.
Mabui @ Jan 12th 2009 4:13PM
That - is as he said where the batteries go.
PixelHustler @ Jan 12th 2009 4:47PM
Ah, my bad. Definitely watching at work with no sound, so that's where I went wrong. Thanks for the correction.

I love the idea of Justin and Kevin loping around a convention, videoing random stuff they find.
