..doubt it'll sell well..

..maybe people who love LotR, but didn't play the demo & never even knew that it would even exist.. might buy it because they liked the look of the cover... :\

Somehow, Battlefield 1942 became Star Wars Battlefront and SW:Battlefront became every other control-point shooting game under the sun. FTW?

I plan on getting it because I liked the demo. And with added online co-op through campaign and other modes its all good to me.

I didnt really feel that enthused from playing the demo.

But I think it would at least warrant a rent later on.

I personally hated the LotR movies. (sorry guys)
But i have enjoyed some of the games, and I effing love the SW:Battlefront series, so i'll probably pick this up, even if i can't use a jet pack or a lightsabre in this one :(.

I feel exactly the opposite as you. Loved the LOTR movies, hate the Battlefront games. Guess I'll just wait for the reviews.

A decent current-gen rendition of the original xbox games

I remember countless hours I put into Battle front with great joy, but for some reason the demo did not cut it for me. :(

A great multiplayer game and a surprising amount of depth for a game of it's genre. Day one purchase for me and I have never been a fan of J.R.R. Tolkien's universe.

I played the demo for hours and preordered the game a few days later. I think it will sell well because there were tons of people playing the online multiplayer demo. It was actually a little tricky getting into games at times. So I don't see why it wouldn't sell.

Likely getting it launch day, but can someone explain why there's only 4 classes? That seems so spare compared to Battlefront.

I enjoyed the demo. Not getting it right away as I still have so many games to play. But I may eventually, at least later on down the line when a used price is less.

At least we have something coming out though. That's nice for a change. (Out of the last few weeks anyway.)
