Great, another Sega countdown; Marvelous, too

Sega's got another teaser page up, with a countdown set to expire in 10 days and a handful of hours. All we know is that there's a pixelated mushroom and that the "produce" belongs to Phantasy Star Universe's Takayo Myoshi. Perhaps it'll be the first game that mushrooms can play.

If that's not enough countdown for you, Marvelous has one, too. The page features a floating Triforce-infused medallion, which means that whatever the announcement ends up being, you'll be disappointed that it's not Legend of Zelda.

This is in no way a prediction, but the only bird in video games, that I can think of, that has both red and blue feathers, is Falco. I know they are not red & blue on one, but red & blue none the less.

I checked the source of the page and in the description of the page it says "MABERASUENTATEIMENTO site appeared to watch the mystery! The new game, a new lap time." That was using Google Translate.

It says "Clock of puzzle to [maberasuentateimento] official sight appearance!　The new game, cuts the new time…." using Babelfish.

The title apparently says "Will sue you!"

Other than another word that says Library I don't see anymore Japanese text.

Ho hum. Yes the second sentence is probably bollocks, more likely it just means that the new game will appear when the clock ends... Either way, though, I'm pretty sure it doesn't say anything useful.

I like countdowns as much as the next guy (which is to say, not at all, unless they at least do something interesting or have nice music or whatever) so I trust somebody will wake us up when these are over. :)
