Konami has announced today's release of GTI Club+, an HD update on PSN of the little-known arcade racer from 1996. The game is focused on teeny-tiny sports cars (Mini Coopers, Volkswagen Golfs, etc.) racing through a single, open-world French locale and features online play for up to eight players.

This game was fantastic back in the day, it won't possibly be the same though unless someone brings out a handbrake controller.

I wish games sites would write these stories with consideration for all regions. This game has been available on the PlayStation Store for weeks, but it is only being added to the North American store today.

I'd got this when it came out in Europe. It is awesome. 8-player online bombtag is the "ahem" bomb!!
Also supports voicechat. Very short 1 player game but online is where its at. Hope a lot of US guys pick this up to expand the online community.
Great value for 10 dollars. Was GBP10 when it came out over here.
