NO NO NO NO NO!

For YEARS I have been taunting my friend about how there are never any Godsmack songs in Guitar Hero/Rock Band and that it proves that Godsmack sucks.

Now my plans have ended in ruins!

There's no Pink Floyd or Dire Straits in either franchise.

And I would actually kill another human being to get that.

Yeah, it was never meant to be a serious debate. But it was always so nice to be able to defend my like of Audioslave by saying something along the lines of "at least they were good enough to be in a Guitar Hero game. Can't say that about Godsmack!"

And Pink Floyd is my favorite band, by the way.

"I Stand Alone" is the perfect movie trailer song, though. I almost went to see a movie starring The Rock based on that one guitar riff, it's that damned cool when paired with moving pictures of people getting kicked.

give MuteMath a chance. the drums are going to be challenging and the guitar part, while not the hardest, is fun in real life and should translate well to RB.

Mute Math is absolutely amazing. I haven't been this psyched for the DLC in months. This blows my mind.

Thank you so much Harmonix!

Exactly. He says "Some people call me THE space cowboy..." in 'The Joker' because of the success of his earlier song 'Space Cowboy'. Either way it's dope to have Steve Miller on RB... Funky dude! That said, I wish 'Fly Like An Eagle,' 'Jet Airliner,' and especially 'Rock'n Me' were available too.

Typical by Mute Math!? YESSSSSSSSSS.

When I bought RB2 and they asked who you'd like to see in other games, Mute Math was definitely on my list with The Roots and Bloc Party.

Steve Miller Band, awesome. I appreciate the obscure songs but radio friendly, karaoke type song make it easier to get non-gaming family members to play.

Wow, never though I'd see Belly on one of these games. Then again they were from Boston, so it's maybe not that surprising. The full video can be found at MTV: http://www.mtvmusic.com/belly/videos/33394/feed_the_tree.jhtml

Minor suggestion: can you put the song titles before each video? I can't remember 7 things in my brain buffer, so I have to keep scrolling to the top.

I loved Tanya Donelly too! I had a collage up on corkboard of every single thing I could find about her!

Also, my band played in Minneapolis a few years ago and I found out she was playing the same night. I DEMANDED that our band play first (even though we probably would have anyway) so I could see her in person.
