The real reason Savage Moon isn’t out is because it has some technical issues. The problem is they don’t want to say it has technical issues since they already released in other areas. So they said nothing until today, which was they’re still working on it and it’ll be out in a few weeks.

if it really is technical issues, I'm happy to wait. I'm 13 hours into Fallout 3 right now anyway, so I can wait.

Also need to get the trophies in PJM. Recently finished the game, thought the last level was going to be a lot tougher than it was. Great great game though. Well worth the ten bucks to anyone who doesn't have it.

you know, i bought PJM when it was $5 and although i had a blast with the demo, i have now realized that im just not into tower defense games. ill finish it eventually (i played it for like an hour the other night actually) but it's just not my cup of tea. especially when i still have LBP and Tales of Vesperia to finish.

naw i meant how long is it, as in finishable in 5 mins, 10 mins, 30 mins lol

i realise time would vary but just a rough idea would be sweet, how long has it took you guys to finish?

cheers for reply tho :) was curious about the size also, im sharing a net connection with my pc and playing fallout on ps3 so dont need it connected online and just wondering if it was worth the hassle of unpluging everything just for the demo which im curious about but wouldnt bother just yet if it was really short

I've been downloading the demo for over an hour and it's less than ten percent done. Paused it so that a few videos could download. The videos all downloaded within five minutes, all 239mb of em, while Wipeout is at 80mb... After over an hour...

It's just DLC to unlock everything. I don't think it's a bad idea, at least for people that would rather pay $5 to unlock everything immediately instead of unlocking it manually. I wouldn't do it, but who cares if others do?

nah its DLC for lazy people, it basically unlocks everything in the game without playing through it

Ok, if it's an instant unlock, the title makes perfect sense. I liked the demo, I may get it soon.

Side question: Does anyone know why the $50 Mastercard gift card I bought to buy some PSN stuff only lets me add $45 to my wallet? And is there any way around it?

Check the original packaging of the card. Does it mention anything about a fee?

I have a $25 AMEX card, and it says something about a $3.95 fee will be applied at the checkstand.

When using a Visa or MasterCard credit card or gift card to add funds to your PSN wallet, a TEMPORARY $1.00 fee is charged to the card. That would leave you with $49.00 and since you can only add funds in $5.00 increments, the most you can put on right now is $45.00.

In about a week or so the temporary $1.00 charge will be removed, and you will be able to add the remaining $5.00 to your wallet. Just make sure you don't delete your billing information beforehand, because every time you re-enter the gift card's information, another temporary $1.00 charge will be applied.

Yes, it's a pain in the ass. Honestly the best way to work around this issue is to use an American Express gift card. All you have to do is wait 1 hour after you buy it to use it, then you can put the whole $50 in your PSN wallet at once.

Oh, well I'm happy to hear that it's only temporary. I can live with that. :P Thank you very much for your help.

Or, you could go to Best Buy and get a 50$ PSN card... Save the work around hassle of a gift-card-credit-card.

If you don't have a Best Buy, try Wal-Mart. My Wal-Mart has had these for a few months now, and I'm in the middle of podunk Iowa.

The technical issue with SAVAGE MOON is that the game freezes when you finish a level if you are connected to PSN. So you have to play OFFLINE.

For folks who complain about how slow the PSN is:

I downloaded the FEAR demo off the Euro store yesterday at about 2pm Pacific time (I'm in California, I don't know where the servers are), and the 650MB file took about 20 minutes to finish.
