I also think this is a pretty good assessment of Red Steel.

I enjoyed what I played but was ultimately turned off by the waggle involved with the sword fighting (also a reason I was turned off by the Wii in general).

I would definitely be interested in checking out the second iteration of this game, especially if they improved lighting and maybe implemented some kind of bullet penetration with materials.

For me, AC:2 and Splinter Cell are worth a spin. AC 1 was, like many say, repetitive. Also for such a nimble main character, those damned Crusader Knights sure could block/parry and bust ass... Pissed me off to no end!

The game i am actually anticipating since the last RPG i have completed is Mass Effect, would be 2K's Borderlands. It better be deep 2K! 1000's gun combos, can't save a weak story and/or characters...

AC2 and GRAW3 both sound good, hopefully one of the other unnanounced titles is a Rainbow 6 game.

I really liked Assassin's Creed. Spent about 25 hours on that game. Yes, it was repetitive, but a good repetitive. Now that I played the new Price on Persia I realized that Assassin's Creed was so much better. Now my question is why 2010 for A-C ??? I thought for sure it would be out by holiday 09......sucks....dam slackers

So basically I'm hearing that GRAW and Splinter Cell, two of my favorite franchises, are on track for 2010? When SC:Conviction was scheduled for March of last year? And no mention of Rainbow 6?

How do you say 'fuck you' in French? Oh, you understood me anyway, Ubisoft? OK.

I only say it with love, Ubisoft. Tough disappointed love.

I'd be interested in Red Steel 2.

I didn't think the first was half as bad as people made out, it wasn't perfect though thats for sure... but it definitely had potential.

I liked it just for the fact it was an FPS that was set in a more unique setting. (ie: not WW2, The middle east or the future).

BG&E2 of course would rock... they really should port the original to the Wii, with added waggle... seems like it'd be a pretty good fit.

AC didn't even repeat. sure its kind of repeating like you kill the leader fight your way back to give the feather and get your next mission but it was a differen't guy differen't way to kill him, got harder, and it was differen't on how to get to the guy on a differen't part of the map.
