Nintendo trademarks plenty of Pokemon terms
Back when Nintendo snagged the trademark for that
motion-sensing DS card thingy, Nintendo also nabbed up some trademarks pertaining to its beloved
Pokemon franchise, as
one GAFfer found. As one might expect, many of the trademarks have to do with
colors, so we're not entirely sure what Nintendo has planned. Are they merely covering their bases by snatching up as many trademarks as they can, or are they planning some new
Pokemon games? Could they be brand new, or something like
Platinum? One thing is certain:
Pokemon makes money.
Yes, we know.
Duh, right? Head past the break for the list of trademarked terms.
