Not much is known about the upcoming PlayStation Network game, Burn Zombie Burn. But, we're pretty certain you can deduce what you do from the title. The developers have released a gameplay video, and guess what? You burn zombies.
You burn a lot of zombies. The number of characters on screen is absolutely ridiculous -- we wouldn't have it any other way. The gameplay looks like a lot of fun, but we're not sure how well our nerves will fare having to survive each massive zombie horde.

If it's anything like 'Crimsonland' it will be awesome. I always thought that it should get ported to PS3. That would be AWESOME.

That looks like it would be fun.... for about 10 minutes.

That character looks somewhat like Bruce Campbell and was shooting waves of flaming zombies with a shotgun. Sold! :-D

I was completely convinced there is no way in hell I am buying this even the flaming chainsaw couldn't save this repetitive nightmare. Then the thriller weapon came up and they started doing the zombie dance and shamefully now I am sold.

There is a flash game online like this that came out a year or 2 ago. Boxhead was the name. Great game and can't wait for the ps3 version :)

Is it just me or does there seem to be no point to lighting the zombies on fire? I didn't see any of them die from the burning.

Lighting Zombies on fire is a points boost you noobs. They run faster, deal more damage, and increase your score faster.

It also appears that while you're running through the zombies with your flaming stick/flamethrower you're invincible.

Reminds me of "Zombies Ate My Neighbors", which was an awesome name.

Looks absolutley boring, even after 10 seconds :/ Crimsonland and Boxhead are nice games. I would not pay for this one though.
repetative and booring weapons. Why can you run through the zombies?

Awesome Store game, I love survival games like this.
It can become repetitive but its sooo challenging and addictive to do better then your previous attempt or friend high scores.

Looks like it could be a fun time-waster.
I'd say it's a day one buy if it's $5 or less.
Anything more... well, if it is, I hope it comes with a demo that can justify the higher than $5 price.

@ The Alex:
I think it will be $10, most games have that price tag.

Could be fun, but for me, it does not bode well that I just fell asleep halfway through the video. This looks really repetitive. Same thing happened when I tried to play WOW, too, but that's extremely popular. Yet other games keep me up until 4am. Not for everyone, is my point.
