Don't worry, all the Nintendo haters are just confusing the + and - buttons again.

I still find the name absurd whenever I think about it, but I just got used to it already.

If you ever need a laugh, try revisiting the day the name was announced:

Examining the evidence, I'd say no.

1. It is a colloquialism for penis in some areas and for urine in others.

2. The wiimote looks like a dildo/penis.

3. To further 2. the wiimote now is distributed with a plastic covering whose aim is protection.

4. To further 2. further, the wiimote has the potential to emit rapid vibrations.

This would be far more relevant if she were into actual games and not a digital simulation of sports.

Wait... aren't sports games? When you gather round the Tennis court, are you not watching a game being played between 2 / 4 people?

Gawd, I can't tell anymore whether I'm up/down voting the above or below person's post. The hearts used to be below the person's post, now they're practically above the person's name at the top.

Whaaat? LoL what are you on, system wise etc.?

As far as im concerned, no disrespect to Mr. J. Glow, Joystiq now has an Engadget feel.

Hearts right above the name though?

If you look at Download Squad, you'll realize Joystiq looks a lot more like that site.

In fact, were it not for Joystiq's console specific "spokes", it would be the same.

I'm at work using IE. Ok, the hearts aren't above the name, but they are on the same level with the name, with the name on the far left next to the avatar and the hearts on the far right. But I swear it looks like the hearts aren't parallel with the name, but slightly above, which really gives it the illusion that the hearts are meant for the above poster.

I tried Google Chrome at home and there were actual boxes surrounding each post which made it easier to read, but on IE it's really difficult to tell who the hearts refer to.

Honestly, I Google'd her after and realized that I wouldn't. She's kinda eh.

But I still had to make the comment.

I've always preferred tennis. My skills in bowling and golf kinda peaked at a certain point, and then i started getting worse at them, but my skill in Tennis has only improved.

The platinum medal in "return the shots" certainly attests to that. I didn't even know it went that high until then

I think thats what pretty much everyone loves to do with the Wii. Play with the kids, wife, parents, neighbors and grandparents. It's really the single most reason to own a Wii in my opinion. It's accessible to everyone whether they are a gamer in the traditional sense or not. The main reason my Wii still gets played on at least a weekly basis is because it's something I feel comfortable with my two 7 year olds playing. I don't feel so comfortable letting them play the majority of our PS3 games (or 360 when we still had one) because in general they are much to violent and realistic. There is a big difference in the violence in Brawl as opposed to say Call Of Duty World At War. Kids that young don't need to be exposed to that hyper realistic and graphic violence IMO.

The Wii is also accessible and not intimidating. Whether you have good cordonation or not you can just pick up the Wii and you will know what do right away. This is of course discounting those of you that use the Wii as your primary gaming console which it can also function as with the number of exclusive & first party titles.

Why did Joystiq source What They Play, who sourced Kotaku, who sourced E!? Why not just source the real source (i.e. E!)?
