"Zero Actions Per Minute"
Zerglings surrounded the base, the deafening roar of violence canceling out all else. To pretend at this point that they were separate organisms would be a waste of imagination.
"WHERE'S OUR AIR SUPPORT?" one marine shouts over the din of bloodshed.
A fellow marine, one far more resigned, looks him in the eye. He says nothing.
"WHERE. IS. OUR. AIR. SUPPORT???" the former repeats, desperate as the enemy forces chew their way past the crippled vestiges of Terran defense.
His comrade shrugs, while spitting out what was once a cigar. "There is no air support."
The two men share an understanding glance, one both resigned and bitter.
High above the chaos, the sky is alight. From nothing comes form, and the energies of the galaxy align in the way that only they can. From a sufficient height, those energies would resemble language.
They would resemble Terran letters.
They read: GG.

The two soldiers were prepared to accept their faith when suddenly they heard a sound, the sound that none of them have heard in a long time.

In some part of the universe some say their mere center of it there was a display a display of lights like no other that shined with the entire of force of a million suns. Something that the Terran soldiers couldn’t see but they could have understood.
It was a message, a message in Terran language which reads:
“Connection Lost”.
