Shock! MGS4 LittleBigPlanet pack is top downloaded add-on in January

The latest episode of Pulse reveals yet another Top 10 list, this time focusing on the downloadable add-ons available on the Store. Unsurprisingly, the Metal Gear Solid Level Kit for LittleBigPlanet is the top download in January, followed by the accompanying Costume Kit.

It's interesting to see how thoroughly LittleBigPlanet dominates this list. The various add-ons make up 6 of the top 10 downloads. Sony must be raking in quite a bit of money on these premium downloadable extras. It's also interesting to see the continued popularity of Call of Duty 4. The Variety Map Pack continues to sell incredibly well, over a year since the original game's release.

I honestly can't see why the COD 4 map pack is still selling that much.

And in JAPAN of all places????!!?? Its #1 here and #3 there(In a NON-FPS country) Infinity Ward sure did create a winner with COD4

I actually am very shocked that it tops the January listing.

Everyone should have already bought it in December!!!

The MGS4 level kit proves that Kungfu Panda was wrong - there is a charge for Awesomeness.

But attractiveness is still free, right?

And this isn't as bad as horse armor how?

And I mean the costume packs btw

Because 'horse armour' is pointless in a single player game, but serves a pupose in a multiplayer one. Especially in something like LBP, where you're constantly changing your sackboy's apperance. (Seriously, just playing around with the different costumes and customisation options with your friends can be loads of fun.)

it's also fun making random costumes by yourself and showing them off later like the zombie girl skin and the pirate shirt and shorts make an epic zombie or the soldier helmet, the gurlokovich mercenary skin costume minus the mask and and the eye patch make a cool soldier. the possibilities are endless.

Guys.. it is NOT much better than horse armour. Sure, its better, but still, how much do you pay for a COSTUME that should have been included as a FREE addition? Think about how like, 5 of those costumes, and you could buy another really good WHOLE game?! :P You're free to spend your money whatever way you want to though.

Not a shocker Metal one of the G.O.A.T to be featured in another game is like 2nd nature aint nothin like a cute sack boy/girl that can Break your neck!!!!!
