Here's our new weekly feature, Cool Stuff for Sunday (a pretty straightforward name, we think). Here, we'll highlight some of the cool things we couldn't get to during the rest of the week.

The first reviews of Killzone 2 are in! And someone's not too happy about them. This subtitled Hitler film is a common internet meme, but we can't help but grin every time we watch this. Watch out, tons of foul language!.

What would Gran Turismo 6 look like?

Yes, we know Gran Turismo 5 isn't even out yet. But, GT Planet has found a gorgeous sample of what GT6 could look like on a system that's more powerful than the PS3. You definitely want to check out their images.

Fan-made portable PSone

If for some reason, you want something even fancier than a PSP, you may want to build this portable PSone system from Bacteria. This project took 3 months to create, so definitely check it out.

Killzone 2 "Super Bowl" ad

Americans are going to be glued to the TVs, watching the Super Bowl. The football finals usually debut big-budget ads from high-profile companies. This "ad" for Killzone 2 won't air during the Super Bowl, but it gives you a good idea of what it would've looked like ... if SCEA bothered to spend money.

The beta pretty much cemented my purchase(And I ALWAYS rent games, since I got my PS3 in 07(Stolen, will get another soon), I only bought one game which was Burnout).

Developed by completely different studios. I'm not seeing the connection here.

its all over the web. youtube has older videos, ign has some good ones and there is another site which i forget that has review build videos in HD that rock. plus, kz2 actually got good reviews before it came out unlike haze

Gotta say, I was NOT impressed by that "GT6" video. It looks different but honestly, I already can barely tell the difference between GT5:Prologue and real life, nevermind full-on GT5...the subtle changes we saw in this video make me wonder how much further there is for graphics technology to expand (aside from effects, filters, etc., which still have a ways to come)

Obviously I know there's a lot further to go--even as amazing as Heavy Rain looks, it's not the type of thing I'd look at and mistake for human. Anyway...

The Killzone 2 "superbowl ad" made me laugh as well--Sudden Death means You Die Suddenly.

Classic...wish they'd ACTUALLY air it. BTW, have there been any ads for KZ2 aired on TV? I haven't seen any, and we're less than a month away now...

I think it showed up a while ago, when advertising for the game was irrelevant, in one of those multi-game ads they were running. I remember seeing KZ2 and LBP in the same commercial, and neither game was out yet :/

in the UK Sony is spending upwards of 2 million pounds on advertising for KZ 2 and LBP

nah thats one of the main problems with the PSP.. aside from having only one analog.. its positioned at the bottom.. which really cramps our fingers.. this guy did the right thing by putting it at the top... i know it looks funny. but he got it right.

I Know that GT trailer is a render, but imagine if that's how GT5 is gonna look? Come on Sony, make it happen!

Cool stuff for Sunday is sweet I hope to see this continue for awhile. I'm pretty much addicted to checking this site at least a few times a day and it's nice that I don't have to assume Sunday is an "off" day. Hey Andrew, I love the new site and checking it is even easier now thanks to the iPhone version. Thanks budday!

Yep. I think we made it clear when we put "ad" in quotes, and specifically said it's not going to air on TV.

its just from some of the comments, some people seem to think that its real and its just not gonna get aired durin the superbowl.

Oh man, that Hitler clip was hilarious, I was nearly in tears laughing so hard. It's just so...appropriate, especially for the Joystiq forum trolls.

couldn't have said it better myself. the part where all the people left was just brilliant. their faces were... so funny.

If you think the Clip is good, You should watch the actual Movie, It's called Der Untergang or Downfall and It's one of the greatest WWII movies I've ever seen.

@Dark Trooper: I've already seen it, a great film and it covers the side of Hitler and Nazi Germany at it's downfall perfectly. It's rare to see films made from that perspective and I found it fascinating.

no it didnt, if i didnt know about killzone that ad would not persuade me to buy it. it was lame, cheesy and didnt show killzone 2 for what its really like.

If SCEA did a superbowl ad for KZ2, I honestly think they would render a clip of a Vetkans vs Helghast football game, with maybe a few seconds of actual gameplay at the end. Especially after the christmas themed KZ2 screenshots. No joke, that's what I think they would do. The reality is that it costs sooooo much to advertise during the superbowl, I'm willing to bet SCEA doesn't want to add to the whole $300+million loss thing. It's unfortunate, because it really would help too :(

As for the Sunday article - dude keep it! I refresh Joystiq and PS3Fanb---Joystiq Playstation a lot during the weekend, I like this idea a lot!

I really like this idea; typically Sundays are really slow and boring for PS news!

Bugs Bunny in time (I think that is the title) was one of my favourite games on the PlayStation (I was 4 or 5) as well as the Bugs and Taz one.

Glad to see this feature added to the already excellent J[PS], but maybe you guys should link to a wallpaper that has a PS3 and a PSP version. Kind of like what you used to do for the PSP Fanboy Wallpaper feature/RSS feed. Would love to see that added.

I saw all 3 of the Hitler videos. Man those were perfect for Killzone 2. Especially the one where he talks to "Sony" and it claims he's dead and he gets pissed.
