What if someone wanted to buy the boston 6-pack? Does the wii even allow the sale of "packs" and and more importantly, albums?

You can't do packs on the Wii. Nintendo does not allow you to sell the same thing in two different forms. So you either get a pack (with a limited amount of songs), or single tracks.

So Wii owners get screwed because they have to pay more for what PS3/360 get for less when we buy packs? Just because Nintendo is stubborn about their online infastructure? Wow...

It would suck, but for me personally, I have yet to see a 'track pack' that I want all of.

And yes, it's another case of Nintendo being short-sited.

(Full disclosure, i still love my Wii)

So that leaves, what, 4980 songs left?

Hitch a Ride and Smokin' are definitely recommended.

Smokin has that really long keyboard/guitar solo section where the drums get really repetative. I usually skip that one.

Does anyone know an approximation of how many of these songs the basic Wii internal memory can hold? I'm just talking in general here. It seems logical for me to think that DLC is not viable on the Wii because of the memory constraints.

Drats, almost made it through a Nintendo article without a wiitarded console pun in it.

These songs are terrible. I have been looking forward to new tracks and this is what we get?

DLC Protip: Music taste differ from person to person, so don't be alarmed if the announced DLC isn't what you hoped for or isn't to your taste.

Yeah, tastes differ - but Rock Band could account for this by not releasing a bunch of songs from the same artist. We only get six songs a week!

You Boston fans already got one DLC track - why does Boston have to hog up all the tracks they released this week?

Vote me down if you want, but we all have different tastes, not everyone loves Boston. Rock Band needs to give us some options!

Boston is a great band for Rock Band. Great vocals + interesting drums + non-repetitive bass + guitar solos = full band fun.

Where's "More Than a Feeling?"

I do like the rest of the Boston songs, but More Than a Feeling was the epitome of that album. Why leave it out?

Would it have cost any more to license?

More Than A Feeling was already released either last week or the week before. It is a fun song to play, but enough with the Boston already!

Thank you, internet person. I would have missed out =)

P.S. Racesun
Everyone loves Boston. Even you.

I think, though, that I will have all the Boston I need after this.

VIDEOS! WHERE! Is there some other site that links the RB tracks to the youtube vidoes each week? Joystiq is failing more and more and I'm not going to do that kind of annoying research myself.
