Survivors of the Capital Wasteland will need to wait for Fallout 3's next two DLC packs a little longer. GameSpy reports that the follow-ups to Operation Anchorage, The Pitt and Broken Steel, will be delayed until March and April, respectively.
A Bethesda spokesperson confirmed to us the information is accurate. Guess this will give us more than enough time to finish the seemingly never-ending Nuka Cola Challenge.

Sadly the only quest i have left other than the main quest chain is in fact, The Nuka Cola Challenge. Finding 30 Quantums sucks. :|

93 actually...you could make a run for both Sierra and her stalker if you were sad enough to find almost every single one.

I say you punch him in the testicles, then do it with his girlfriend while he's watching, punch him in the testicles once more for emphasis that your friendship is over, and finally take your copy of fallout 3 back.

The Nuka quest is easier than everyone makes it sound. Go on fallout.wikia and look it up, there are a bunch of shipments with around 5 Nuka Quantums in each, a truck by Old Olney, the Nuka Cola Factory, one in springvale i believe, it takes about 30 minutes just look it up :P

If you just do the side-quests, you will stumble across more than enough Quantums.

Just keep an eye out. They are in almost every building and subway. I had 30 before I even got that quest. I wound up with about 80 altogether. Make sure you give them to the girl and not her boyfriend. She gives you a nuka-grenade schematic. At level 3 they are very powerful. They can take out a deathclaw in 1 hit if your explosive skill is high enough.

Seriously, in almost every case of a multi-platfrom game it advantageous to go with the 360 version. That really does bite for PS3-only owners though. My sympathies.

and yet us 360 owners would never act politely if the situation reverse. we're bitches either way. :P (may i remind everyone of Burnout Paradise)
lol jk. 360 owners are pretty nice people, but i mean the burnout store was really possible on the 360, criterion just chose not to.

How are people having trouble with the Nuka Challenge? I had 29 bottles by the time I even initiated the quest, and I never found one of the shipments of five. The bottles are all over the place.

Go to Fallout 3 Nexus for all the Fallout 3 PC mods.

Here's a topic recommending some of the better ones.

Suppose it give's them time to sort out the dodgy GFW live download system.
These we're the two I'd been looking forward too, though thank's to Chinpo for the mod link's I will grab a few mod's to fill in the time. The radio station tweak's look cool.

There's a mod on the Fallout 3 Nexus website where you can take an empty nuka-cola bottle and fill it with the quantum stuff from the Nuka-Cola plant, giving you a Nuka-Cola Quantum. You still have to watch out for the Mirelurks wired on Quantum though!

I hope March and April mean early March and early April. If I had a PC that could run this game I would be tempted to pick it up the Windows version just for the fan made mods so I would have something to do until these are ready.

Eulogy's pad and broke down trucks make this quest a breeze.

I thought this was always the plan, one in February, one in March and one in April. Why would they release three DLC packs in one month?

there are 94 Nuka Cola Quantum bottles in the whole map, this quest is not that hard and does not take that long to do!

This quest is easy if you go to the Nuka Cola Plant west of the Arlington Library and get the shipping info which give you three areas where big shipments were sent, 1. Paradise falls inside of Euogly Pad, 2. Old Olny just outside the town there is a truck which they are in, 3. Super Duper Mart, plus there is a bunch of bottles in the Nuka Cola Plant when you go there all you have to do is turn on the packing line and they come out like 6 or 7 bottles. The hardest bottle to get is the one you can buy from a Trader it is hard because it is a random event this is also another way to obtain the quest. I found all 94 bottles!
