Meyer vamps in a videogame would only mean that the extremely bishonen men you play as would feature the ability to run at 60mph, uproot trees, and have miscellaneous special abilities like causing people extreme pain just by thinking at them.

For those who don't know. The Sims 2 - Nightlife expansion had vampires. I wouldn't be surprised if vampires will be added in a future Sims 3 expansion.
Being a vampire isn't all it's cracked up to be, unless you want to sleep in a coffin through the entire day, and only do stuff at night.

yeah, i'm not sure why maxis is presenting this as a new thing. as was mentioned, you could be a vampire and turn others into vampires in a sims 2 e.p. i killed a vamp sim of myself by leaving it in the sun for days while i watched it piss itself over and over again.
