Once again, a game released on the psp can't come onto the PSN first. My goodness, the guys at Sony are such exceptionally fuck-ups.

I remember screwing around with the demo for the first one, and finding it to be interesting, but it just didn't capture me enough to buy. Any thoughts on whether the original is worth playing?

Yes but it requieres a lot of time to finish. Its a long game for 800p and very good one if you like puzzles and platforming but the controls can feel somehowstiff from time to time.

Did they clean up the completely counter-intuitive controls this time around? You'd think these designers had never played Prince of Persia before.

If you played the original POP the controls were completly stiff but they only caused trouble during the parts of the game were you dealed with cheap instant-death traps...too bad the whole game had cheap death traps one after another.

I think you can play the original pop if you lurkhard enough in the internet but if you want to experience the same feeling play Sonic Unleashed.

So did the tank feel the pressure of lack of sales and needed an exit?

Blech. The original game might be one of the most thoroughly unenjoyable games I personally ever played. Or the demo was, at least.

Exit 2 for PSP was never released in the USA. This is very good news.

Ya know... I downloaded the demo for the first Exit on XBLA (due to the fact I like Taito and the game's style)... but I simply could not get into it. I found it rather dull and uninteresting.

However, due to it being discounted to $10, I purchased the DS version. And I honestly liked it. I think the touch-based controls improved it somehow... [shrugs]

So... Exit 2 DS, please.
