It seems that the movie was shelved thanks to "Hollywood politics" but recent developments could mean that it's back on track. Possibly.Judging from his smirky face and fidgety nature, Hayter seems fairly convinced that the conversation he had a week and a half prior to the interview could mean the resurrection of the film, with him at the helm. Seemingly, he feels announcing it would jinx the production again -- which is the last thing we want. You take your time, Mr. Hayter. In the meantime, we'll be here. Waiting.
