Deal of the Day: Persona 4 for $26

PS2 and BC-compatible PS3 owners, watch out! One of the best RPGs of 2008 is now available for cheap: Atlus' Persona 4 is amazon's Gold Box Deal of the Day, its price slashed from $40 to $26. This unique RPG goes away from the sci-fi and fantasy worlds of most RPGs and offers a mature look into rural Japanese life. Other PS2 games are expected to drop in price today as well, so expect a Yakuza 2 discount later on.

Dang. I bought it way back when.. it was worth all of $40 though. If you don't have this game and you like RPGs, get it folks :)

Oh EFF yes, jumped on this ****! After nerfing myself out of ~$5 of booklet & CD goodies on buying PSFES in-store (which gives me an excuse to scope out the original boxset, to have the older game as well), this is p sweet. Ah, Joystiq and your Fanboy sites, I do love thee, as you likewise brought me DQIV thanks to Amazon's business savvy. Ah, what good luck to have funds in my account now.

Well, I will dock you a couple love points for that article that spoiled a character trait that, really, would have been a neat revelation to me (I mean, after being exposed to FF so long, I never really consider such things unless it's made obvious).
